NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE METASYS MUI GRAPHICS UPGRADE Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide Metasys MUI graphics upgrade services. This requirement is defined primary by existing hardware already in use at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. BACKGROUND Furnish all parts, material, travel/shipping to and from for Metasys MUI graphics upgrade. Johnson Controls has proprietary rights to their software that operates the equipment listed in the scope. The ability to perform software upgrades and provide priority scheduling for the proprietary equipment is required. The government is contemplating Firm Fixed Price contract to satisfy this requirement and meet the needs of the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. SCOPE The scope of work for this project is to eliminate Silverlight Graphics and update with Metasys MUI Graphics. The work is to be completed in approximately 2 months from the award date and the graphics will be prioritized to ensure the critical AHU s and spaces are done first and within 30 days. Software configuration will include all technical labor to perform the following Graphics development Point binding for graphical interface Navigation Prepare Metasys User Interface (Space and Equipment s Relationship) Training The following are the existing graphics that are to be replaced. If any of our previous Silverlight Graphics are not on this list, they will also need replaced.
