Summary: Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice in order to identify vendors that are interested in and capable of providing professional support services in the area of Sr. Engineers, Engineers, Sr. Construction Inspectors, and any other construction support occupations throughout the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network-5 (VISN-5) VA Capitol Health Care Network as necessary. Description of Work: The objective of this contract will be to provide the Government with the required professional support services in the area of Sr. Engineers, Engineers, Sr. Construction Inspectors, and any other construction/project management occupations as necessary. The required support services are needed to meet the influx of construction infrastructure upgrades throughout the VISN 5 facilities for next five years. The services will include, but not limited to pre-design phase services, design phase services, procurement phase services, construction services, claims services, administration services, and technical specialty services. VISN 5 network consists of eight medical centers and numerous Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located throughout Washington DC, Maryland, West Virginia, and surrounding areas. The support services will cover/support the main medical center and associated CBOCs. The contract ordering period will be five (5) years, projected to be a multiple award BPA.
