Background The cardiac catheterization lab at the Baltimore VA Medical Center has recently gone under renovation construction. A Stryker S-series boom and a Stryker single common plate were provided and installed by the general contractor to support the future installation of two 32 4k surgical monitors on suspension arms and a set of boom-mounted drawers. Scope All equipment must be new from the original equipment manufacturer or an authorized distributor The contractor shall provide equipment, shipping, and installation services necessary to meet the requirements and capabilities listed within the scope The assembly and validation of the system must be performed by a vendor service trained representative. The contractor is responsible for providing any personal protective equipment (PPE) that is deemed necessary to complete tasks stated in this requirement. The contractor must follow the VA Maryland Health Care Systems current COVID-19 guidance for entry to any medical center or Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC).
