Operating System upgrade. Services Required: The current Hillrom Connex system is used for direct patient care monitoring. Currently the system is running on a non compliant OS. Unique characteristics that limit availability to only one source, with the reason no other supplies or services can be used: Due to the proprietary nature of the operating system upgrade only Hillrom owned by Welch Allyn Inc. can provide the required services to the Huntington VA.
