Questions and answers Is it known, roughly, how many square feet will be desired for securing/storing IT equipment? Answer: Telecom room should be roughly 100 square feet, temp humidity within this space is 65 81 degrees with a humidity range of 20-60% relative humidity. What are the temperature max/min and desired humidity? Answer: The warehouse space requires 70-75 degrees with a humidity range of 30-60% relative humidity. What is the ceiling height and requirements? Answer: Refer to RLP section 1.02, Exhibit G: FPLS Evaluation Form 12000 WH, and Exhibit B: Agency Requirements. Does the TIC table have to be completed prior to RLP due date? Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Answer: Yes, please complete Exhibit I: TICS Table and include with your RLP submission. Flooring Clarification, what type of floors are requested? Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Answer: Please refer to the Exhibit A: Lease 36C24523L0008 section 3 and section 5. What is going to be stored in the warehouse? Answer: Primarily medical supplies, the government reserves the right to use the space as they see fit for storage. What type of Lift will be used in the warehouse? Answer: The facility is required to have a loading dock to support the unloading of freight vehicles. A standard adjustable height dock would support our needs but different sites may be able to offer different solutions. Does the government have a preferred vendor for security? Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Answer: The government does not have a preferred vendor. Do prevailing wage rates apply to the lease? Answer: Only during the initial buildout. What is the projected move-in date? Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Answer: 6 to 8 months after award.
