The Beckley VA Medical Center has a requirement for a contractor to provide a Class IV Therapy laser System . The therapy laser system will be used be used in the physical therapy department for treatment, to increases cellular metabolism to injured tissue. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be a Base Year with an estimated delivery time frame of 30 days. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the responsible vendor whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government under the procedures in FAR 13.5 used in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901.
