The Washington DC VA Medical Center in Washington DC is in need of the Arthrex Angel Blood Processing System, Model ABS-10060. This system must be provided to the Medical Center per the Statement of Work. The Contractor shall perform to the standards of this contract. Delivery is required within 30 days. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please see the attached RFQ.
