Description: This project is to provide the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center 50, Irving Street NW. Washington DC, 20422 with eleven (11) bikes/trikes. 2. Scope of Work: The vendor will be responsible for the delivery of the eleven recumbent bikes/trikes. The vendor will be responsible for the assembly of all eleven recumbent bikes/trikes. This will also include all pats for proper operation. The bikes/trikes will be inspected by a DC VAMC Recreation Therapist upon completion of assembly. 3. Installation: Vendor will be responsible for scheduling delivery of the eleven recumbent bikes/trikes with the Recreation Therapy department via telephone or email. Email and phone to be provided upon award. 4. Delivery: Delivery during normal business hours to Washington DC. VA Medical Center 50 Irving Street NW. Washington, DC. 20422 5. Period of Performance: 60-days ARO 6. Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Priced Contract, The Department of Veterans Affairs is a federal agency and is EXEMPT from paying taxes on transactions.
