This will include any proposed or newly constructed sites that may be included after the award. The Contractor must provide a Best Value Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with five ordering periods (five years) for four statement of work (SOW) elements to accomplish: Waste characterization Management and disposal Training Emergency response services
