Greene Street, Baltimore, MD 21201 Loch Raven Medical Center 3900 Loch Raven Blvd, Loch Raven, MD 21090 Perry Point Medical Center 59 Avenue D, Perry Point, MD 21902 Annex 209 West Fayette St, Baltimore, MD 21201 Pocomoke CBOC 1701 Market Place Suite 211, Pocomoke, MD 21851 Cambridge CBOC 830 Chesapeake Dr, Cambridge, MD 21613 Ft. Meade CBOC 2479 5th St, Ft. Meade, MD 20755 Eastern Baltimore CBOC 5235 King Avenue Suite 200, Rosedale, MD 21237 Glen Burnie CBOC 808 Landmark Dr Suite 128, Glen Burnie, MD 21061 Specification: The Contractor shall supply all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and necessary materials to clean, repair, correct, and or replace inoperable components of the Physical Security Systems throughout the VAMHCS locations and provide routine preventive maintenance, repair, and new work services as required, to include panel back-up battery replacement. The Physical Security System incorporates closed circuit television system (CCTV), physical access control system (PACS), intrusion alarms, duress (panic) alarms, and Aiphone systems. Equipment to be maintained. CCTV 538 cameras (119 at Baltimore; 95 at Loch Raven; 188 at Perry Point; 66 at Annex; 11 at Pocomoke; 13 at Cambridge; 21 at Eastern Baltimore; 25 at Ft. Meade). Baltimore, Loch Raven, and Perry Point cameras are a combination of analog and IP cameras. Please see supplemental documentation. (2) Windows Based Servers needing upgraded to latest Server System Software (9) Client Stations that would need to be upgraded to Windows 10 PACS 650 PIV II Card Readers (280 at Baltimore; 54 at Loch Raven; 235 at Perry Point; 11 at Annex; 10 at Pocomoke; 15 at Cambridge; 9 at Glen Burnie; 26 at Eastern Baltimore; 10 at Ft. Meade). PACS System LENEL Onguard 8.0 system at all locations except Ft. Meade and Annex. Ft. Meade is Star Watch. All systems must be compatible with PIV and USACCESS cards through v.8.1. Intrusion Alarms 84 intrusion alarms (1 at Baltimore (LENEL Pharmacy Cache); 35 at Loch Raven (Access N Site); 12 at Perry Point; 35 at Annex (Access N Site and Quintron); 1 at Ft. Meade). Duress (Panic) Alarm 414 duress alarms (0 at Baltimore; 47 at Loch Raven (Access N Site); 233 at Perry Point (P2000); 132 at Annex (Access N Site and Quintron); 2 at Ft. Meade). Aiphone (15 Baltimore, 1 Perry Point, 1 Cambridge) Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 0730 am to 5:00 pm. Weekends and holidays may be required. The anticipated date of a solicitation is July 14th, 2022, with an expected period of performance starting August 1st, 2022, to July 31st, 2023, using NAICS CODE 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), size $22.0 million. Vendors will not receive formal notification or feedback on any information submitted in this Sources Sought Notice. All future proposed submissions and solicitations requirements solicited on a Government Point of Entry (GPE) will be evaluated independently of any information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. No vendor will be provided information on solicitations issued on a Government Point of Entry based on this Sources Sought Notice.
