Department of Veterans Affairs/VISN 5/RPO-E/NCO5 Sources Sought Notice Survey Linearity and Calibration Kits Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 5 is seeking sources who could potentially provide Survey Linearity and Calibration Kits to meet proficiency testing needs for the Washington DC VA Medical Center. The equipment is required to keep the Washington DC VA Medical Center Pathology and Laboratory Service in compliance with accreditation requirements. The NAICS code for this contract action is 541380 - Testing Laboratories and Services (SBA Size Standard: $16.5 Million). The Product Service Code for this action is 6550 - In Vitro Diagnostic Substances, Reagents, Test Kits and Sets. Equipment must adhere to and be in compliance with VHA Handbook 1106.01 - Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service (PALMS) Procedures (also attached).
