Description VERTICAL TRANSPORT SYSTEMS (ELEVATORS) INSPECTIONS SOLICITATION NOTICE OF TIERED EVALUATIONS This procurement is set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127 TIERED EVALUATIONS LIMITED TO SDVOSB or VOSB: This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, as a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled, and the requirement resolicited. The Contractor shall provide QEI (Qualified Elevator Inspector) certified inspectors and furnish reports to the Facilities Management Service Division of the Washington, DC Medical Center (VAMC). The contractor shall furnish and install all labor; tools and materials necessary to make semi-annual maintenance inspections and witness annual and Semi-Annual safety tests of elevators, dumbwaiters, and cart lifts at both Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Washington, DC and Fisher House (Washington DC Campus) in accordance with the terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of this proposal.
