Repair of damaged ductwork in building #5 AHU2 at Loch Raven VA Medical Center, 3900 Loch Raven Blvd, Loch Raven, MD 21218. Description: Contractor to supply all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform repairs (as necessary) to the damaged ductwork located in the ceiling and attic region of building #5 AHU2 at Loch Raven Medical Center. Multiple areas of a 50 x 24 and potentially other duct was damaged in several sections. Many areas are currently unreachable for inspections and will require disassembly of structural metals and insulation to evaluate further. This disassembly will interrupt HVAC operations and require staff to not be in the building. Contractor shall inspect adjoining areas for possible additional damage. All ducts will be properly repaired/replaced along with before and after photos of the entire trunk line of AHU2 through existing acoustical ceiling grid/acoustical ceiling panels. Test and Balance by a neutral/unbiased third party of AHU2.
