The trailer can be activated as a storage and incident command headquarters for team during Emergency situations. 2. Scope of Work: We are seeking a Trailer- 8' x 20' TANDEM AXLE, 9,950 LBS G.V.W.R. Vendor must make a statement confirming that they can meet this requirement accepting the current supply chain shortages. Unacceptable quotes, vendor did not provide statement confirming the delivery will be available within 150 days after receipt of order. b. Price Acceptable quote, vendor provided distribution authorization letter or had the lowest price, Unacceptable quote, vendor did not provide the distribution letter and did not have the lowest price. c. Buy American Statute: We can only purchase items that are manufactured in the United States.
