B.2 Statement of Work STERIS Sterilizer- TWICE PER YEAR STERILIZER CHAMBER CLEANING VA Martinsburg WV Healthcare System (613) VA Martinsburg WV Healthcare System 510 Butler Avenue -Martinsburg, WV 25405 Details: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, specialized services, and travel necessary to complete the work described herein. STERILIZER CHAMBER CLEANING during the period of performance shall include two service calls. Service call shall provide for a thorough inspection (visual and electrical), testing (after cleaning), cleaning. STERILIZER CHAMBER CLEANING and inspection shall include the following, at a minimum: Clean items (remove dirt, rust, spilled solutions, lint and other deposits with proper cleaning equipment and supplies); Test/record temperatures in the chamber and calibrate unit system if necessary; Check for missing nuts, bolts, knobs, latches, catches and other missing hardware; Consult with operator regarding unit performance; Upon completion of cycles sterilizer will be free of leaks or condensation with a satisfactory printer recording function. Contractors must have Safety Data Sheets(SDS) available when onsite. SDS need to be provided to the SPS Chief or designee at arrival. Contractors must comply with VAMC Martinsburg Infection Control Policies Contractors must wear appropriate attire i.e. scrub suit or bunny suit. Records Upon STERILIZER CHAMBER CLEANING completion, vendor shall provide OEM certification sheet, indicating that STERILIZER CHAMBER CLEANING was performed per manufacturer s instructions. Interested & Capable Responses NCO 5 is seeking responses from businesses that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources and capabilities necessary to provide the services described in SOW.
