The Martinsburg VAMC is seeking a Brand Name or Equal audiology booth to administer Audiology testing to our Veterans at the new CBOC, located in Winchester VA. The booth shall be a prefabricated audiometric examination booth suitable for the use in testing, calibration, and recording of aural acuity at the Winchester CBOC. Please refer to Section B2 of the attachment for the detailed Statement of Work and the instructions on how to submit a successful quote. The Line Item Details can be found under Section B3. The purpose of amendment 1 is to answer questions. Question 1: Will there be a site visit? Answer to Q1: At this time, no. A site visit will be part of the post-award team meeting.
