The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Baltimore, MD and Perry Point requires a contract for yearly inventory to be performed for both inpatient and outpatient pharmacies for the Baltimore and Perry Point VA Medical Center. The Offeror s completion and submission of all proposal sections constitutes the Offeror s acceptance of all terms and conditions in this solicitation.
