The part number is: GE POWERVAC MANUAL GROUND AND TEST DEVICE, TYPE PVV-1200/2000-10. What is the equipment information from where the manual ground and test device will be installed? It is a whole incoming switchgear from the City of Baltimore. It has (3) incoming feeds at 13,200 volts each. Each side of this switchgear holds one breaker and there is a tie-bus breaker in the middle in case we lose a feed we can operate off the 3rd standby feed. The problem is you cannot switch from one to the other without ensuring the grounding from the phases coming in from the (3) separate feeds have the same ground potential. If not, major ARC Flash, or destruction of Power Equipment can result.
