The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Seeks Expressions of Interest for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic The Department of Veterans Affairs Hershel Woody Williams Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia, is seeking to lease space for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The space can be no more than two floors and must be located within the catchment area of the medical center. The type of space required must be contiguous (i.e. under one roof or in one building), can be no more than two floors and possess a minimum of 12,500 NUSF and a maximum of 13,500 NUSF. One hundred (100) parking spaces are required. Preferably all, but at least half, of the parking spaces shall be contiguous to the building and remaining within 1/2 block of the facility. All spaces must be assigned directly to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the following area described below, which is bound by the following roads, or must front on any of the following boundary lines: North:Â Â KY-1, Louisa, KY West:Â Â Â KY-205, Campton, KY South:Â Â KY-1498 & KY-7, Kite, KY East:Â Â Â Â Â KY-292, Pilgrim, KY Interested offerors must submit the address, property description, available square footage, available parking and photographs.
