The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5 intends to conduct a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside to establish a Firm-Fixed Price contract to provide Perfusionist service on or about May 1st, 2021. This notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69, August 1, 2013. The North America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 62111 Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists) and the size standard is $12.0 million in sales. All responsible SDOVSBs sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals. Any SDVOSB company that feels they can provide the services that meet the needs of the Government must submit their proposals.
