THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning. Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is being issuing to identify entities that could provide corrective/preventative maintenance and software updates for Pharmacy Omnicell Systems to the Pharmacy Omnicell Systems at the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 50 Irving Street NW, Washington, DC 20422. Description of Work The Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform hardware and software service and maintenance to support the Pharmacy Omnicell Systems. The Contractor will provide onsite service within 6 hours of service request for non-operational Omnicell equipment. Each instance of service will be a single visit or a single day or multiple days, at the facility for a period sufficient to complete the work set forth in the scope of work Technical Qualifications Contractor technicians must be trained and certified by the equipment manufacturers to perform preventative/corrective maintenance services and software updates on equipment. All work to be performed by the Contractor shall be an authorized and certified by the OEM. Interested & Capable Responses NCO 5 is seeking responses from entities that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, capabilities, and qualifications necessary to provide these services. Please respond with your: 1. Business name, business type, socio-economic status (e.g., Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, Disadvantaged Small Business, 8(a), etc.), and person of contact (including telephone number & email address). 2. Capability statement and summary of previous experience providing preventative/corrective maintenance and software updates on equipment for the Veterans Health Administration or other similar healthcare facilities. 3. GSA contract number, if your company has one, that includes line items covering these types of services in the Washington, DC geographical area. Responses must be submitted by 3:00 PM (EST) September 1, 2021. Responses to the information requested above must be submitted via email to veronica.dillard@va.gov. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the SAM.gov or GSA eBuy website. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
