Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this request for sources sought/request for information notice in order to identify entities in the Ann Harbor, Michigan area that have the resources and capabilities to provide janitorial services for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) National Center for Patient Safety (NCPS). Description of Work This is a requirement for disinfection cleaning service to be administered in office space leased by VHA National Center for Patient Safety (NCPS) located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Vendor shall agree to applying solution with a Clorox electrostatic sprayer and Total 360 electrostatic sprayer every Saturday of each week. The total areas requiring disinfection services is 32,088 square feet, all areas throughout the East and West side of suite consisting of four rooms. All workers bonded with clearances must have authorized unescorted entry passes for weekly after-hours access to suite M2100 located at Dominos Farms Office Park in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The property owner has jurisdiction over vendors authorized to work on this private property. The VA has authority over who can access our suite unescorted, in accordance with our lease agreement between tenant and property owner. Technical Qualifications Contractor personnel must be technically competent and experienced in using Clorox electrostatic sprayer and other required chemicals. All equipment and supplies will be provided by vendor and any necessary personal protective equipment for employees. Interested & Capable Responses NCO 5 is seeking responses from entities that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources and capabilities necessary to provide these services.
