The Department of Veterans War Related and Injury Center, Veteran Affairs New Jersey Health Care System is seeking a company that can provide continuous support to research major initiatives, by developing innovative studies, addressing all relevant regulatory approvals, selecting and maintaining an appropriate animal model, collecting data and specimens, performing necessary assays, analyzing data, synthesizing findings, and disseminating findings to support and improve the health and function of our nation’s Veterans. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541910 – Marketing Research and Public Opinion Polling, Size Standard: $15M, and PSC is AF11. This is not a formal solicitation or request for quote. Contractors who can provide the Department of Veterans Affairs with the required services are invited to electronically submit an affirmative written response indicating a bona fide ability to meet this specific requirement. Responses should appear on company letterhead and include, at minimum, affirmation of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), your Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number, any applicable processed credentials and qualifications, and any applicable pricing data or information. All responses should include a Point of Contract (POC), telephone number, and electronic mail address (email). Additionally, respondents should indicate whether they are a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) concern, women-owned small business, HUBZone, service disabled veteran-owned small business, or qualify as socially or economically disadvantaged and whether they are US or foreign owned.
