Scope: The contract awarded by this solicitation shall provide all labor, equipment and/or parts to perform needed repairs or replacements to return to the dietary kitchen dishwasher to the intended optimal operation functionality. This scope is based on an assessment of the dishwasher by a certified technician representative with Hobart®. The contractor will need to replace floats, steam solenoids, conveyor rollers and bearings and rods part of the water feed and travelling system to move the dish through the equipment. Other components such as the pump/motors in the processing wells along with their motor starters were found to be damaged to the point of inoperability or failing not allowing the water to be dispersed into the wells. Control starters have been damaged from repetitive resetting. Equipment repairs should be performed by an authorized Hobart service technician familiar with the operation and design of the equipment to ensure repairs are ultimately safe and performs to the listed safety and performance standards.
