See attached RFQ 36C24521Q0469 The purpose of this amendment is to make vendors aware and provide vendors the opportunity to request a site visit to the VA Baltimore Annex job site. Site visits are optional and are provided only to provide vendors the ability if they choose to inspect and analyze the job site. Selecting to have a site visit is for the vendors convenience only and will have no effect on the governments award process. Site visits are available until June 10, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. EST. Site visits will not be conducted after the date and times as specified. If interested, vendors should contact Contract Specialist Zachary Altner at Zachary.Altner@va.gov to set up a date and time to visit the job site. Question 2: What material has been used to adhere the existing materials on site? The exact materials used to adhere the materials on site are unknown however, the site has old carpet covering the entire area which needs to be removed.
