Martinsburg VA Medical Center is requesting a quote for Blood & Blood related products for the base year of fiscal 2021 to run from Nov 2, 2020 to November 1, 2021 with up to four 1-year option years. The Contractor will provide the following blood components to the VAMC Martinsburg, WV, in accordance with the requirements and estimated quantities noted below in this Statement of Work. Quantities listed are estimates, based upon prior history of actual volumes and are intended to provide the potential contractor a basis for calculating pricing. Contractor will highlight in the quote any Value-Added Services for stocking and rotating of supplies keeping all products at optimal shelf life allowing for cost savings.
