The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking prime contractor construction services to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for project no. 613-19-100 Renovate 3A and 3B at the VA Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV 25405 in accordance with the drawings and specifications. This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, necessary removal of existing structures and construction, millwork, permanently mounted equipment, interior finishes and certain other items. Estimated construction cost range is between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00. The firm must be a General Construction firm approved under NAICS: 236220, size standard: $39.5 million. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and https://www.sam.gov and https://www.dol.gov/vets/vets4212.htm to be eligible for award. Only SDVOSB Firms currently verified in the Veterans Information Pages (VIP) at www.vetbiz.gov are eligible to submit bids/offers. SDVOSB firms that submit bids/offers for SDVOSB set-asides that are not listed on VIP will be deemed nonresponsive. There will be one pre-bid site visit which will be held on or about June 9, 2021 @ 11:00 am local time at the VA Medical Center, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405, Building 308B Conference Room. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the site visit. Interested parties must obtain a visitor pass from Building 500 main lobby reception area.
