This information is listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) paragraph 2. The Fisher House (see attached drawing) consists of 16 private bedroom/bathroom suites, common areas that include a kitchen, powder room (common area bathroom), living room, family room, dining room and laundry room, and is approximately 14,500 square feet. (1st Floor = 8,414 Sq Ft and 2nd Floor = 4,698 Sq Ft with 1,388 Sq Ft of covered porch) First Floor Flooring consists of all Ceramic Tile floors in hallways and Common areas with Carpet in the private bedrooms. Common area kitchen, family room, living room, dining room, laundry room and downstairs hallways are all ceramic tile with grout seams. The Second Floor Flooring consists of Wood Floors in the Hallways, Carpet in the Bedrooms and Ceramic Tile in the Bathrooms. (see attached schedule of finishes for more detail) Will a site visit be offered? A site visit will not be offered at this time due to the pandemic Will this be a follow-on requirement to any work performed currently or in the past, or will this be a new requirement? No. The government will not be providing any resources for this Contract. Given the cost of disinfectants, cleaners, soap, bathroom tissue etc., due to COVID -19 will brand name or equal be acceptable? If not, has the government taken this into consideration when estimating their cost as the supplies can increase the proposal tremendously? This information is listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) paragraph O. Brand Name Products are required for this Contract as listed below. If the Vendor wishes to use a product other than what s listed below, the bid submittal must list those products and be approved by the Fisher House Manager prior to the Contract being awarded. Using 5 Star Hotel quality products in the Fisher House is mandatory. CONTRACTOR FURNISHED SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: The Contractor shall provide all the necessary supplies needed to perform the terms of the contract to include ALL cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, and transportation.
