Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide Clinical Chemistry and Immunochemistry testing. SUPPLIES REQUIRED The Contractor shall provide a clinical chemistry automation solution to include; an automated processing system with an Input/Output module, two centrifuges, tube de-capper, tube re-capper, sorter, two automated clinical chemistry and two automated immunoassay analyzers attached to a track, deionized water system, middleware, liquid ready-to-use reagents, complete system installation and integration, on-going service and support and preventive maintenance services. All as a Cost Per Test (CPT) contract for The Washington DC, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (DC VAMC), at their Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service, to perform laboratory testing according to the test menu provided. The work is to be performed in accordance with the contractor s Federal Supply Schedule (FSS).
