The last extension date will end 30 Jun 2020 at 12PM Est. Email me directly to receive the RFQ information and SOW. All RFQ questions must be submitted NLT 24 Jun 2020, 12PM Est. A site visit will be scheduled for one day, (27 Jun 2020 @ 0800) and coordinated by Lisa Okes Everyone is to meet at the tent in front of the hospital to be screened and a mask is mandatory while on station.
