STATEMENT OF WORK Project Location: Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Washington, D.C., Main Hospital at 50 Irving St N.W., Washington, D.C., 20422. Scope of Work: This Statement of Work includes all work necessary to support the required maintenance, equipment and supplies needed (description below) to make repairs to the HVAC Equipment, located at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Washington D, C 50 Irving Street NW, Washington DC, 20422. Service the HVAC Equipment located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Equipment Schedule: Equipment Qty Manufacturer Model Number Serial Number Asset Tag Trane VRF Cassette 1 Trane CVHF1280 L01A06541 Ch. 1 HVAC Service Equipment Agreement. Per the scope below, the vendor will provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to service the HVAC equipment. The following work is necessary to enable FMS to supply the proper air flow and control room temperatures. Valve off reclaim refrigerant store for future replacement. Disconnect all ductwork, power/ control wiring, refrigerant and condensate piping. Remove and relocate Cassette. Run new ductwork, power/ control wiring, refrigerant and condensate piping. Leak check / dehydrate the refrigerant circuit, install stored refrigerant. Readdress Cassette and ensure the control system is seeing the new unit. Ensure the system is operating properly. The C&A requirements aren t applicable and a Security Accreditation Package is not required. This arrangement does not require a BAA.
