NO 4) Is the contractor allowed to use existing on-site power to support testing? YES 5) What technical certifications or license will be required of the technicians performing the specific repairs mentioned as replacement of transformer temperature indicator, replace C-phase arrestor on transformer and replace B-Phase surge arrestor on transformer? OSHA 30 HR Certified (1.1.D-E). Refer to 26.00.00 1.2, A-C for minimum qualification requirements 6) For clarification, the temperature indicator (Trans. #1), C-phase arrestor (Trans. #2) and B-phase arrestor (Trans. #5) are to be furnished by the Contractor, correct?
