TALMAR INC will provide Agricultural training services. The place of performance is for the service will be at Both the Perry Point VA Medical Center and the Baltimore VA Medical Center. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of seven (7) months Base year plus one option year. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services.
