Johnson VAMC located at 1 Medical Center Drive Clarksburg WV, to acquire contractor services for the testing, adjusting, and balancing of air systems. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, materials necessary to test, adjust, and balance air pressure for the rooms mentioned in this SOW. Work shall include testing, adjusting, and balancing by means of adjusting air dampers, fan speeds, ventilation registers to provide the specified air volume, and pressures. All equipment used for the purpose of testing, adjusting, and balancing will meet the requirements of the attached specifications. This Small Business set-aside solicitation is for a Five-year Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract. All quantities are estimations and are not guaranteed. All offers will be evaluated by Comparative analysis described in solicitation provision.
