This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is being issued. The solicitation number 36C24519Q0499 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective January 13, 2017. The NAICS code is 621910 and the size standard is $15 M. This requirement is small business set aside and will be fixed-price. The closing date for this notice is 1300 EDT September 20, 2019. The requirement is for the following: The Contractor shall furnish all vehicles, personnel, management, equipment, supplies, services and facilities to provide Basic Life Support (BLS) unit and Advanced Life Support (ALS) unit ambulance service. (See B.2 Performance Work Statement for additional detailed information.) Contractor to provide services in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract for the period of October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2024.
