This is a request for information/sources sought notice in order to identify companies that may have the resources and capabilities to provide market research survey & analysis services for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Primary Care. Description of Work: The contractor will conduct an 18 to 24-month study and provide in-depth research analysis using quantitative and qualitative techniques to understand the needs of the VHA patients with chronic pain, substance abuse disorders, and mental health comorbidities. VHA s Office of Primary Care is seeking a Pain Management Care Model using an integrated team approach with broad model parameters such as home care, site care, technology, and telecare. The report and model will be shared and implemented across the VHA. Technical Requirements: Ideally, the company has the capability and experience to perform research analysis for VHA or other Federal Government healthcare entities; having an understanding of VHA s primary care processes and experience reporting findings to VHA leadership would also be beneficial. NCO 5 is seeking responses from businesses that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources and capabilities necessary to provide these services. Please respond with your: 1. Capability statement and summary of previous experience conducting market research & survey services for VHA and other healthcare entities. 3. GSA contract number, if applicable. 4.
