The Lebanon VA Medical Center (VISN 04) is conducting market research for replacement of its Radiology UPS battery string, specifically forty VRLA sealed C&D Technologies UPS12-400MR batteries plus installation, testing/calibration, delivery, and off-site removal of old batteries. The contractor must deliver and install the equipment by November 1, 2026 unless otherwise directed, coordinate a kick-off meeting within 21 calendar days of contract award, and provide 72-hour notice before delivery. Work includes full functional testing and Government acceptance, proper waste/old-battery disposal, and compliance with manufacturer and VA IT requirements; all equipment/materials need a three-year manufacturer warranty beginning after installation and testing.
