The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for construction services to upgrade the UD SPS AHU and RO at the Pittsburgh VAMC located on University Drive in Pittsburgh, PA. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and supervision, with a performance period of 720 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
