This is a firm fixed-price construction contract to regrout bathrooms on the 3rd floor of Building 1 at the Lebanon VA Medical Center in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The period of performance is 270 calendar days from the notice to proceed, and the estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
