The Wilmington VA Medical Center is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to provide full architectural and engineering design services for replacing the HVAC system in the morgue, located in Building 1, Room 149. The final bid documents must be ready 123 days after the notice to proceed. The scope includes comprehensive design, site investigations, sustainable design goals, infection control measures, and construction period services, including a minimum of 15 site visits.
