The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks to lease approximately 28,128 square feet of space for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Berks County, Pennsylvania. The anticipated lease term is 10 years, and the full-service lease requires the space to be within a specific delineated area in the county. The space must be contiguous, ADA-compliant, include at least 150 parking spaces, and accommodate a specific clinical layout. The Government expects to release the full Request for Lease Proposals within the next 5 days.
