The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide temporary residential housing for up to three homeless Veterans per day as part of the Health Care for Homeless Veterans program. The facility must be located within 10 miles of the Butler VAMC at 353 North Duffy Rd, Butler, PA 16001. The contract will be a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity agreement. The solicitation requires offerors to be registered in SAM prior to award. Performance will be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and VHA Handbook 1162.09.
