A solicitation will be posted to the government point of entry within the next ten days, and all responsible sources may submit a quotation per the RFQ. The device must meet the listed salient characteristics, with the Lumenis BE OptiLift System provided only as a reference, and is subject to Free Trade Agreements. Delivery, assembly, and training must occur during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays) at the Coatesville VAMC.
