6515--Dry Eye Treatment System
The Coatesville VA Medical Center's Optometry Department requires a new FDA-approved device using monopolar dual-frequency radio frequency and electronic dynamic muscle stimulation to treat dry eye, meibomian gland disease, blepharitis, and related eyelid conditions, including delivery, installation, and on-site staff training. A solicitation will be posted to the government point of entry within the next ten days, and all responsible sources may submit a quotation per the RFQ. The device must meet the listed salient characteristics, with the Lumenis BE OptiLift System provided only as a reference, and is subject to Free Trade Agreements. Delivery, assembly, and training must occur during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays) at the Coatesville VAMC. Performance location is the Coatesville Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Pennsylvania.
