Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

A five-year IDIQ for bulk rock salt and bagged ice melt, set aside for small businesses, will be performed at the Erie VA Medical Center. The contract award will be a five-year IDIQ starting in 2026, with the contract not awarded until after October 1, 2026. Vendors must read the solicitation in full and complete all required sections, with questions submitted via email only to the Contract Specialist. An amendment was posted addressing vendor questions and making a slight revision to the Statement of Need. All quoters must agree to hold their pricing for 90 days.
