Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a five-year, firm-fixed price IDIQ contract to provide Virtual Pharmacy Services at multiple medical centers within the Veterans Integrated Service Network 04 (VISN4). The performance period for orders is anticipated to run from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2031, with work performed at multiple locations within VISN-04. The contract has a minimum guarantee of $30,000 and a maximum value of $5,000,000. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and respondents must complete and return the specific VAAR clause regarding limitations on subcontracting. Offerors must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit a quotation that includes a completed pricing schedule and a technical capability statement.
