Department of Veterans Affairs Lebanon VA Medical Center Statement of Need Plasmax PRP Kits Background: The Lebanon VA Medical Center has a requirement for a bulk purchase of Plasmax Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Kits. These kits are stocked in a medical supply inventory and restock is crucial due to the high usage rate. PRP kits are used to treat orthopedic conditions, and the platelet-rich plasma injections procedure can help in the healing process of chronic injuries. We provide the procedure to Veterans for the majority of Pennsylvania, as many other VA Medical Centers don t perform this procedure. Scope of Work: The Lebanon VA Medical Center has a requirement for a bulk purchase of Plasmax Platelet-Rich Plasma Kits. Delivery: Delivery is required within 10 days of contract award. Due to the Voluntary Price Reduction being offered, delivery acceptance should be made by February 10, 2026 .
