The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award a sole source IDIQ for On-Call Midline Insertion Services to a Contractor in the VA Altoona, PA catchment area for the provision of onsite services for eligible Veteran recipients currently utilizing that facility for care.
