Please see attached RFQ, Performance Work Statement, and Equipment list for specific details of services required. Summary of Changes for RFQ 36C24426Q0015 effective 10/10/25. Please see attached SF-30 and below for details. Offers must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended, by one of the following methods: (a) By completing Items 8 and 15 [see SF-30], and returning 1 copies of the amendment; (b) By acknowledging receipt of this amendment on each copy of the offer submitted; or (c) By separate letter or electronic communication which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers. Updates made to PWS were made in Scope of Services Section: Services include replacing hardware and accessories as needed. Equipment hardware shall be covered under this contract. When equipment replacement parts are needed, part replacements shall be approved by medical center point of contract before replacement. Replacement parts are not covered under this contract. They shall be billed separately on an ah-hoc basis only and paid by government purchase card.
