This project is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses to replace the roofs on Buildings 69 and 139 at the Coatesville VA Medical Center in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The work includes demolition, abatement, repair, and replacement of both flat and pitched roof systems. The maximum time for completion is 270 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All prospective contractors must be registered in SAM, VETCERT certified as an SDVOSB, and able to provide required bonds.
