THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS VISN 4 Lab Testing Services - (Fingertip Glove / Equipment Testing) This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide VISN 4 Lab Testing Services - (Fingertip Glove / Equipment Testing). This Lab Testing Services requirement is for VISN4 at various locations throughout VISN4. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about Aug 15th, 2025. The full solicitation will be a Tiered Evaluated Small Business set-aside (SDVOSB SB).
